Integrate the Platform with Slack
Integrate the Platform with Slack**

For teams that use Slack as their go to collaboration tool, the Strong(ER) Team App puts platform collaboration features right at their fingertips in the place where they work. It gives them the ability to use their Strengths@Work without having to log on to a separate application.

Available with Start-Up Business and above

/strengths@work [activity]

This command, called with the name of an activity, returns the activity with its practices including a listing of team members who are motivated to lead them. Called without the activity, the command returns a list of activities used by your organization. This feature is for team channels only.

Example: /strengths@work Manage Iteration

/evaluate_activity [activity]

This command, called with the name of an activity, sends a poll to the current channel to get feedback on the emotional resonance of a general activity. Called without the activity, the command returns a list of activities used by your organization. May be used from any channel, but when used within a team channel, the responses are associated with that team. All other responses are associated with the organization.

Example: /evaluate_activity Develop Product Increment

/happiness@work [activity]

This command, called with the name of an activity, returns the activity with the number of Great, Good, OK, Discouraged, and Bad responses posted for the activity in the last 30 days. Called without the activity, the command returns a list of activities used by your organization.

Example: /happiness@work Evaluate Product Increment

/inspect_adapt #weeks

This command, called with the number of weeks, returns a starfish retrospective summary to the current channel including a listing of the activities you should keep doing, do more of, do less of, and stop doing. It also offers suggestions for things you should start doing based on the happiness metrics reported by teams during this given period of time. When called in a team channel, it returns a team summary. All other channels return an organizational summary.

Example: /inspect_adapt 3

/evaluate_practices [activity]
